A water pipeline extending approximately 50 miles from Tippecanoe County to Boone County is being planned.

The Mid States Corridor Project will provide a link between southern Indiana by extending 54 from I-64/IS Highway 231 to I-69 at the existing US Highway 231 interchange.

Project located at the I-69 Ohio River Crossing from Evansville, Indiana through Henderson, Kentucky. The connection via the I-69 Ohio River Crossing will provide better access between Evansville, Indiana and Henderson, Kentucky by reducing congestion and increasing safety among drivers.

Soldiers Home Road is a minor arterial and scheduled for reconstruction in two sections. It will be reconstructed to an urban design with striped bike lanes, a trail and a sidewalk. A roundabout will be added along with new left turn lanes, lighting, a drainage system and more.

The Indiana Department of Transportation will use state and federal funds to increase access to I-65 at US 52. Currently, the interchange only allows partial access requiring motorists to use SR 47 or SR 32 to access east and west of I-65.

East of SR 32/East Street intersection in Westfield to SR 32/Mensa Drive intersection in Noblesville, extending about five miles.

SR 32 from 3.69 miles west of SR 75 to 0.5 mile west of I-65. The project will allow corrections to the deterioration of the pavement. Additionally, the project will address the confusion of the entrance and exit of the gas station located on the corner of SR 32/SR 75. The passing lanes with allow faster traffic opportunity to pass while still allowing slower traffic to flow.

East side of High Street from Arden Drive to Hunter Avenue. Project scope includes construction of a multiuse path and modernization of the two existing traffic signals within the project limits.

Pierce Road From US 31 to Miami Highway near Lakeville, Indiana in St. Joseph County. The Pierce Road Corridor Reconstruction consists of improving the functional use of Pierce Road by reconstructing the roadway to provide safe lane widths and shoulders, building a structurally sufficient road subbase for heavy truck and agricultural traffic, and improving the roadside drainage.

Located on US 20 from 39 to Fail Road in Rolling Prarie, Indiana. This INDOT project will add a center lane to create additional safety for drivers traveling on US 20, as well as other safety measures.

Project is located on SR 47 from Hamilton/Boone County Line to just west of Arrow St. It will include the resurfacing of SR 47 and adding 4 ft paved shoulders, as well as other improvements including a roundabout. There will be eminent domain takings in Sheridan, Indiana related to this project.

US 30 Corridor at Flaugh Rd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana (Allen County). The project goal is to improve safety and congestion along US 30 by reducing access to the highway to increase free flowing traffic.

Project is located on US 41, from 3.25 miles south of US 231, in St. John, Indiana. It involves the addition of a 14-foot wide auxiliary center left turn lane on US 41.

US 36/Rockville Road from three miles west of I-465 to 1.65 miles west of I-465

The project will widen and reconstruct Kennedy Ave from US 30 to Main St. The project will add two additional through and turn lanes along US 30, Joliet Street, Junction Avenue, Division Street, Oak Street and Main Street.

The project will be split into two phases: Columbia to Hart Ditch first, and later Hart Ditch to Highland. The Town’s vision for the Main Street Reconstruction Project includes new pavement, stormwater management, accommodations for pedestrians and bicyclists, decorative street lights, median islands, to begin construction in Fiscal Year 2025.
