This project runs along CR 17 in Elkhart County, extending from CR 142 to CR 38. It is in Phase 2, design and environmental planning. Environmental approval is expected sometime in 2024; right of way acquisition will follow.

The letting (bidding by companies) on this project is planned for 2025.
