Project is located on US 41, from 3.25 miles south of US 231, in St. John, Indiana. It involves the addition of a 14-foot wide auxiliary center left turn lane on US 41.

The project will widen and reconstruct Kennedy Ave from US 30 to Main St. The project will add two additional through and turn lanes along US 30, Joliet Street, Junction Avenue, Division Street, Oak Street and Main Street.

The project will be split into two phases: Columbia to Hart Ditch first, and later Hart Ditch to Highland. The Town’s vision for the Main Street Reconstruction Project includes new pavement, stormwater management, accommodations for pedestrians and bicyclists, decorative street lights, median islands, to begin construction in Fiscal Year 2025.
