SR 32 Roundabout Corridor

Project Location
East of SR 32/East Street intersection in Westfield to SR 32/Mensa Drive intersection in Noblesville
Project Description
The project will involve a widening of the road and a walking path that will ultimately take between 25 and 30 feet on each side of the current SR 32 roadway. It will extend approximately five miles from Westfield to Noblesville.
Roundabouts will be constructed at:
Carey Road / Grassy Branch Road
Gunther Boulevard
Moontown Road / Gray Road
Pebble Brook Boulevard / Hazel Dell Elementary School
Hazel Dell Road / Little Chicago Road
Mill Creek Road
Hague Road / Pleasant Street Extension (to be constructed by the City of Noblesville)
Project Background & Purpose
The project aims to reduce congestion-related crashes that are frequently seen in the corridor by adding roundabouts at several city intersections.
Project Status
Preliminary Design and Environmental Studies were completed in 2024. Land Acquisition and Final Design Permitting will begin in 2024 and carry through 2025, with Utility Relocations in 2025.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026 and complete in 2027.
